Despite having a National Structural Code of the Philippines, it is not being strictly complied due to the lack of well-trained public building inspectors. But for our projects, we make sure to conduct thorough inspection regularly and see to it ourselves that we meet and even exceed the standards set by the government, in order ensure the safety of the residents.
